Warehouse Operative – Logistics

We are recruiting a Warehouse Operative to support the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse, working closely with operatives and management to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-pack duties including box assembly, packaging, palletising & wrapping
• Picking products using scanners
• Stock movement and manual handling
• MHE operation when required
• Quality checking orders and stock
• Maintain warehouse standards, processes, and compliance
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and report issues
• Work to KPIs and SLAs

Requirements:

• Previous picking/packing experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills
• Team player with ability to work independently
• Flexible and willing to learn

Job Details:

• Monday–Friday
• 06:00–14:00
• 10:00–18:00
• Ongoing work

Pay:

• £13.25 per hour
